Privacy notice

humano lab is a small AI engineering practice. We collect the minimum we need to understand what works on this site and to reply to the people who contact us. Nothing is sold to third parties.

Last updated: 13 May 2026

What we collect

Two surfaces: (1) anonymous product analytics on every visit — page views, clicks, scroll depth, session recordings of the page UI with all form inputs masked, web vitals; (2) the data you voluntarily submit through the contact form — your email, optional name, optional company, and the message you write.

Why we collect it

Analytics: to improve copy, layout, and the conversion path. Without it we are guessing. Form data: to reply to your inquiry and run a discovery call if there is a fit. We never market to addresses that have not opted in.

Who processes it

Analytics is handled by PostHog (US Cloud, routed through our humano.dev/ingest proxy). Email is sent and received via Resend and Cloudflare Email Routing. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Each of those providers has their own data-protection terms.

How long we keep it

Analytics events: retained for one year. Session recordings: 30 days. Contact-form emails: retained as long as the engagement (or potential engagement) is active, then archived for two years before deletion.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of any data we hold on you, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@humano.dev with the subject line "privacy request" and we will respond within 30 days. EU/UK visitors have full GDPR rights including portability and lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Cookies and local storage

We use a small amount of local storage and a first-party cookie to: (a) remember your analytics opt-out state, (b) maintain a stable session identifier for analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Opt out of analytics

Click the button below. We will set a local flag that stops PostHog from collecting anything from your browser. You can re-enable from this page.

Analytics opted out. You can re-enable it from the privacy page.
